The Engebretson foundation is currently awarding her annual scholarship, which is worth $5,000 to high school seniors each semester.
While many scholarships targets undergraduate and graduate students, the Engebretson Foundation scholarship always awards the high school students who have excelled in their academic performance. No wonder!
More so, In early 2006, the Engebretson scholarship was formed to cherish the late David J. Engebretson by his family.
Furthermore, the reason for the foundation of this scholarship could be traced to the fact that Mr. David J. Engebretson, who was from South Dakota was famous for his philanthropic attitude and his willingness to support children’s education as well as community development. The scholarship is a replica of his philosophy, “always give back”.
WHAT ARE THE SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS?
To qualify for the Engebretson Scholarship, you must have the following requirements;
• You must be a high school senior in the US High school.
• Have in mind to study for 4 years.
• You must have financial needs before qualifying for this scholarship.
• Have a composite score of 28 on the ACT exam.
• You should have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.75 in the final year.

If you want to apply for this scholarship, enter your personal information in the application form and the recommendation form of a teacher and send it to info@engebretsonfoundation.org.

DEADLINE
This foundation scholarship is open till the 1st of March every year.
